Das Theater- und Permformance-Festival transeuropa2009 hat Nachwuchskünstler aus Belgien, Deutschland, Serbien und der Türkei geladen. Das Leitthema: Grenzen. What’s your border worth? fragt das Festival: seine Künstler, seine Besucher, sich selbst.

Mit internationalen Koproduktionen, politischen Diskussionen und rauschen-den Partys erprobt transeuropa2009 die praktische Grenzüberwindung.

Der Dokumentarfilm begleitet die Koproduktions-Künstler Michiel Soete und Minja Bogavać in ihrer Woche im Mai. Er folgt ihnen bei Proben in verlassenen Häusern, auf privaten Spuren und ins Rampenlicht...

transeuropa2009 turns Hildesheim into a stage for one week in may. The theatre and performance festival has invited rising artists from Belgium, Germany, Serbia and Turkey. It‘s topic: borders. The festival asks its artists, its audience and itself: „What's your border worth?“
